We have heard Mr. Kharosekar, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

Mr. Karlekar, learned A.G.P. submits that the final order of penalty has been passed. The petitioner has alternate remedy available. 3.

In the light of that, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy. No costs. 4.

In case, the petitioner files an appeal, the application of the petitioner for release of vehicle shall be decided on its own merits, within a period of one (01) month from the date of application. All contentions are kept open.
