Mr.Patil, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has made representation with Respondent No.2 for the payment of arrears of salary on 29th September, 2014, however, the same is not considered.

Learned counsel for Respondent Nos.4 and 5 disputed the claim of the Petitioner.

As the representation is pending with the Authority, we are not entering with the merits of the contentions of either parties. Interest of justice would be subserved by passing the following order: I.

The Respondent No.2 shall decide the representation of the Petitioner dated 29th September, 2014 ( Exhibit - "C" ) on its own merits after hearing the Petitioner and Respondent Nos.4 and 5, expeditiously, preferably within four months.
