Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that in view of order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 7953/2021,dated 27.07.2021, whereby order dated 16.06.2021, which sets aside the order dated 27.02.2018, was set aside, therefore, according to him, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. Therefore he seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition as it rendered infructuous. 2.
