Learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that firstly, this petition is rendered infructuous due to passage of time and secondly, the deficit court fees of Rs.1,125/- shall be paid by the petitioners within 6 weeks in this Court, failing which, he himself would deposit the said amount.

Considering the above, this petition is disposed of, as being infructuous and the statement of the learned Advocate for the petitioners with regard to the payment of deficit court fees is accepted and the same shall be complied with.
