In the civil applications for stay and first appeals, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 09.11.2023. Mr. K. B. Jadhavar, learned A.G.P. waives service of notice on behalf of the State. Mr. D. A. Bide, learned counsel waives service of notice on behalf of the original claimants.

In the civil applications for stay, there shall be ad interim stay to the impugned award passed by the 6th Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Latur, subject to deposit of the entire amount along with interest within a period of twelve (12) weeks from today.

In all the delay condonation applications, Mr. D. A. Bide, learned counsel appears for the original claimants and opposed the applications.
