The petitioner's proposal for validation of the tribe certificate is stated to have been closed by the respondent - scrutiny committee for passing final order on 22-07-2024. 3.

Learned advocate for the petitioner states that the petitioner has been allotted a college through NEET-UG-2024 and the last date for him to submit documents is 04-09-2024. 4.

Learned advocate for the petitioner would also submit that petitioner's real sister - Sneha had already suffered invalidation. In writ petition no. 4975 of 2023, the writ petition was allowed and she was held entitled to have certificate of validity. He would submit that in

2 Wp / 9480 / 2024 similar set of facts, a co-ordinate division bench in the matter of Shreyas S/o Mahendra Thakur (writ petition no. 13569 of 2021 by order dated 08-12-2021) had directed the committee straightaway to issue certificate of validity to the petitioner therein based on the validities in the family and the blood relatives issued by the High Court. 5.

Learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the committee would pass the final order within a week.
