By the present application, the applicants seek restoration of Writ Petition registration of which came to be refused on account of failure to

(2) C.A. No. 15787 of 2016 remove office objections, by order dated 18th July 2016 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

The applicants have also prayed for condonation of delay of 37 days caused in filing the present application.

For the reasons set out in the application, the Application is allowed. Delay is condoned. The order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court on 18th July 2016, refusing registration of the petition, is recalled. The Writ Petition is restored to its original position, subject to removal of office objections by the applicants within a period of six weeks from today. In the event of failure to remove office objections within the stipulated period, the order passed in the instant Civil Application shall be deemed to have been recalled. 04.

The Application stands disposed of in the above terms.
