PER COURT :- 1) Heard. Learned AGP, appearing on behalf of State, on instructions, informs that the Sub Divisional Officer has already issued Tribe Certificate in favour of the respective petitioners, as such, the grievances raised by the petitioners in these petitions stand redressed. Both the petitions are accordingly disposed of .

2) It would be open for the petitioners to tender a proposal for validation of tribe claim to respondent No.2Committee within a period of four weeks from today and on receipt of such proposals directly from the petitioners, the Committee shall scrutinize the tribe claims of the petitioners and decide the same in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one year from today.
