Heard. For the reasons recorded in the application, the application deserves to be allowed and the same is accordingly allowed. The order passed by the Registrar dated 27.6.2016, refusing registration of writ petition is set aside. The delay occurred in presenting the Civil Application is condoned. The petitioner to remove objections within four weeks from today. In the event of his failure to remove office objections, the order passed in the instant Civil Application shall be deemed to have been recalled. Civil application is disposed of.
