By this application, the applicants seek condonation of delay of 467 days in preferring the appeal against judgment and award dated 09.02.2018 in LAR No.740 of 2009.

There is no serious objection on behalf of the original claimants.

In the application, there are averments which seek to explain the delay in preferring the appeal.

Having regard to the impersonal nature of the applicants and to advance cause of substantive justice, the application for condonation of delay deserves to be allowed.

Hence, following order :- The application for condonation of delay is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
