Pursuant to the directions dated 23.08.2019 and 06.09.2019, the learned advocate for the management has produced the demand draft dated 11.09.2019 for an amount of Rs.1,79,760/-. The said demand draft shall be deposited with the registry of this court today itself. The applicant would be at liberty to withdraw the said amount from this court. Such withdrawal shall be subject to the result of the writ petition and an affidavit undertaking shall be submitted by the applicant to that extent.

The Divisional Social Welfare Officer shall do the needful to ensure that the applicant gets her monthly salary on time in accordance with the procedure that is required to be followed and there should be no

Needless to state, all the contentions of the parties including the claim of the applicant for arrears of back wages pursuant to the order of this court dated 20.04.2009, shall be considered while deciding the petition.
