The charge-sheet has been filed way back in 2011. The petitioners are approaching this Court after twelve years. They were office bearers of the Co-operative Credit Society. They have also been alleged to have conspired in disbursing the loans to various persons, including the co-accused in breach of the Rules and Regulations.
