The applicant was arrested in Crime No.100/2015 registered at Bhoom Police Station, District Osmanabad for offence punishable under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Perusal of the investigation papers depicts that there was no injury to the complainant who claims to be his wife. 4.

From the perusal of first information report it appears that there was strained relationship in between the complainant and applicant on the aspect of money matter.

In view of absence of medical evidence, it will be appropriate, in my opinion to order release of the applicant. Hence, I proceed to pass the following order.

(I) The applicant Balu Baban Goyekar be released on bail in connection with Crime No.100/2015 registered at Bhoom Police Station, District Osmanabad for offence punishable under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code, upon furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount;

(II) The applicant shall not enter the jurisdiction of concerned Police Station till filing of the charge-sheet.
