The applicant-original appellant preferred this review application only to the extent that this Court by order dated 20.2.2014 while deciding first appeal no.143/2007 quashed and set aside the judgment and award passed by the Commissioner under the Workmen's Compensation Act and further directed the respondents to pay compensation of Rs.3,68,207/- with interest @ 6% p.a. However, the date from which said interest should be applied is not stated in the order. Hence, this review application.

Both the counsel representing respective respondent have no objection if the said interest is awarded from the date of application till the realization of the entire amount.

In view of the above, review application is allowed and the respondents are directed to pay the interest on the amount of compensation Rs.3,68,207/- @ 6% from the date of application till realization of the entire amount. 5.

Review application accordingly disposed of.
