The Petitioner has already lodged an FIR against one Mr.Audumbar Arjunrao Late. He has not been arrayed as a Respondent in this Petition. By this Petition, the Petitioner prays that the said person be suspended, then he should be transferred out of Aurangabad and then he should be subjected to the Departmental Enquiry. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that the Petitioner desires to withdraw this Petition and the Petitioner assures of depositing Rs.5,000/- with the Advocate khs/Sept.2023/11412
