Learned Counsel for the claimant makes statement that the compensation awarded is already received by the claimant. 2.

Be that as it may, in the above back ground, learned A.G.P. would urge that the compensation awarded is exorbitant. The Special Land Acquisition Officer awarded compensation @ Rs.270/- per Are, whereas having regard to the market price for irrigated land, same was enhanced to Rs.290/- per Acre.

In my opinion, the enhancement ordered is meager. No case for interference is made out. The appeal fails, same stands dismissed. Consequently, civil application stands disposed of. [ N.W. SAMBRE, J. ] Tupe/03.08.15
