The petitioner vide the present Writ Petition has prayed for issuance of appointment order. The learned counsel for Respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that proposal to appoint petitioner is already sent to the office of Respondent No.2. The same is awaiting approval.

In case the Respondent No.2 has not decided the proposal received by it from Respondent No.3 (page 47) then the Respondent No.2 shall take decision on the same expeditiously, preferably within three (3) months from the date of this order on its

own merits.
