These matters were mentioned at 6:10 p.m. A grave urgency was expressed for the reason that the Petitioners in all these Writ Petitions, are likely to be terminated. 2.

The learned Additional Government Pleader has cited an order passed on 29/08/2024 (Yesterday) by the learned Division Bench of the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (for short 'Tribunal') in Original Application No.980/2024. He points out Section 3(q) read with Section 15 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985. 3.

The learned Advocates for the Petitioners submit that these matters be transferred to the learned Tribunal. However, until then, some protection be granted since the learned Tribunal has also granted protection to the Original Applicants in aforesaid Original Application No.980/2024, till 10/09/2024. 4.

In view of the above, all these Writ Petitions are disposed off from the file of this Court, with a direction to the

(3) Respondents/Authorities, not to terminate the service of these Petitioners, until 05/09/2024.

The Registry of this Court shall transfer all these matters through a Messenger to the learned Tribunal at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, prior to 03/09/2024. It shall be the duty of the learned Advocates for the Petitioners to seek a circulation in the matters before the learned Tribunal after the matters are transferred.

The ad interim protection granted would not lose it's efficacy after 05/09/2024.
