Mr. R. D. Biradar, the learned counsel for respondents submits that, the salary bills of the petitioner is submitted with Zilla Parishad on 04-10-2017.

As the salary bills are already submitted by the respondent to the Zilla Parishad, it is for the Education Officer, Zilla Parishad to take decision upon it.

The petitioner and the respondent may prosecute the said bills before Education Officer, Zilla Parishad.
