This application is filed seeking relaxation of condition to attend concerned police station, imposed on the applicants by order dated 11th April, 2022 passed by this Court in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 261 of 2022.

Crime No. 644 of 2021 is registered against the applicants at Nanalpeth Police Station, Parbhani for offence punishable under sections 188, 153-A, 505 (1) of the Indian Penal Code and under section 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act. 3.

This Court granted anticipatory bail to the applicants, by

{2} criapln3212-22 order dated 11th April, 2022, by imposing condition that the applicants shall attend concerned police station on every Wednesday and Sunday in between 10.00 a.m. to 02.00 p.m. till further orders. The applicants seek relaxation of this Condition. 4.

Heard learned advocate for the applicants and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Perused the papers of investigation.

Taking into consideration the allegations made in the FIR and the fact that the applicants have followed the condition imposed on them and 8 months are over since the date of imposition of the condition, further attendance of the applicants is not warranted in the facts of the present case. 6.

In that view of the matter, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". The applicants are exempted from attending the concerned police station.
