2] This Petition raises disputed questions of fact, inasmuch as the petitioners claim that, they are the owners and having title over the property in dispute. 3] The assertion of the petitioners that, petitioners are owners of the property in question is disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the added respondents. 4] It is not possible for this Court, while exercising the writ jurisdiction to adjudicate the disputed question of facts,
