The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court has validated the caste claim of the real sister of the petitioner under order dated 03-05-2018 in Writ Petition No.13356 of 2017. The validation proceeding of the petitioner is pending with the Committee since June - 2020.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 21-10-2021.

Respondent No.2 - Committee shall endeavour to decide the said proceeding expeditiously.
