There is delay of 275 days for preferring appeal. The applicants are the original claimants seeking enhancement of compensation.

For the reasons mentioned in the application the delay is condoned, however, subject to the condition that they shall not be entitled to claim interest for a period of 275 days in case the First Appeal is allowed.
