For the present, the applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount in deposit, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The amount be paid on undertaking to be submitted by the father of the applicant since he is unable to move.

The application stands disposed of accordingly. 4.

If the appeal could not be heard within a period of one and half years, the applicant is at liberty to move for withdrawal of the amount in deposit.
