The petitioner has put forth prayer clause B as under :- "B) That this Hon'ble Court may please to pass necessary writ, order or direction in like nature and direct the respondent No.3, to allow the petitioner to fill up the form in annual general transfer as she has already completed three years of service in difficult area as contemplated under the Government Resolution dated 27.02.2017."

The learned advocate representing the contesting respondent Nos.3 and 4 submits that the representation of the

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a 'single person' and is working in difficult area for more than three years.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off.

Let respondent Nos.3 and 4 consider the representation of the petitioner on it's own merits on or before 17.11.2022, provided that the annual general transfer process is still being conducted.
