Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicants i.e. original claimants and the learned counsel appearing for the appellant insurance company. For the reasons stated in the application for withdrawal of the deposited amount and considering the objections raised to the impugned judgment by the appellant insurance company. I deem it appropriate to pass the following order:

ORDER

i) The applicants are at present permitted to withdraw a sum or Rs. Three Lakh from the deposited amount on submitting an undertaking that in the event any adverse order is passed they will re-deposit the said amount within four months of passing such order. ii) The remaining amount shall be invested in Fixed

iii) Civil application stands disposed of.
