[3] Present Applicant who is accused No.7 in Sessions Case No.119/2009 has been convicted by the learned Sessions Judge, Jalna, District - Jalna for the offence punishable under Section 306 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for 3 years with directions to pay fine. The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that, fine amount is already deposited.
