The present application is filed for withdrawal of the amount deposited in this Court in First Appeal No.364/2000 by the Insurance company. First Appeal No.364/2000 has been finally decided by this Court (Coram: T.V.Nalawade, J.) on 16th December, 2015. In view of the fact that the appeal filed by the Insurance Company has been dismissed, the applicants i.e. the original claimants are entitled to withdraw the amount deposited by the Insurance Company in satisfaction of the impugned award.

The Application, therefore, stands allowed. The applicants are permitted to withdraw the deposited amount along with the interest accrued thereon in terms of the impugned award. Civil Application stands disposed of. ( P.R. BORA, J. ) ...
