The present application is filed for restoration of the writ petition seeking a condonation of delay of 677 days. The learned Advocate for the applicants submits that inadvertently he missed out the matter and he was not able to remove the office objections within time. The learned Advocate for the applicants also submits that during COVID-19 period the office objections were directed to be removed. 2.

In view of the same, order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) dated 20/09/2021 to the extent of present applicant, is set aside. The Writ petition is restored.

Office objections to be removed with a period of four weeks. 4.

In the event, the applicants fails to remove office objections

1001 CA 12277-2023 within stipulated period, the order of Registrar (Judicial) dated 20/09/2021 would be restored automatically. The applications stands disposed of.
