cp110.16 points out the order passed by the Chief Officer, Municipal Council, Hingoli dated 26th February 2015 informing the Petitioners that their representation is considered and the same has been rejected.

Since the order passed by this Court on 15th December 2014 in Writ Petition No.2216 of 2014 is complied with, this Contempt Petition does not deserve consideration and hence stands dismissed.
