PER COURT :- Having heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the nonapplicant, I am satisfied that sufficient cause is made out for setting aside the order of the learned Registrar of refusing registration due to failure of the applicant to remove office objections. This application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B' and "C" which read as under:- "B) The Order dated 21.02.2019, passed by the Ld.
