It is submitted that, the present applicant has been exonerated in the enquiry. The applicant has deposited an amount of Rs. 2,28,000/- in this Court pursuant to the interim order. The applicant seeks withdrawal of the said amount. 2.

It is submitted that, the original petitioner No. 2 had deposited amount of Rs. 7,00,000/- with the Gram Panchayat and the present amount deposited is 50% of the amount, the present applicant was required to deposit.

The learned counsel for the Zilla Parishad on instructions accepts that, the present applicant has been exonerated and he
