DATE : 10/09/2018 PER COURT :- The learned AGP appearing for the State on instructions, submits that the hearing before the Scrutiny Committee in respect of tribe certificate validation proposal of the petitioner is scheduled on 14/9/2018. The petitioner shall cause appearance on the aforesaid prescribed date and Scrutiny Committee shall proceed to hear the matter and take decision on the proposal in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible by the end of November 2018.

2] In the meanwhile, petitioner shall be permitted to prosecute further studies subject to decision in respect of tribe validation proceedings pending before the Scrutiny committee.
