In the circumstances, the respondent no.2 is directed to take decision in respect of tribe certificate validation proposal of the petitioner pending with it as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from today and it is accordingly directed. 3.

The counsel appearing for the petitioner states that respondent no.4 has been served and an affidavit of service has been presented on record. The respondent no.4 is directed to permit the petitioner to secure admission
