This petition challenges one of the conditions imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 12.8.2015 that the petitioner should give cash security for Rs.75,000/- for getting released on furlough leave for 15 days. The learned counsel for the petitioner asserted that the amount of bond and cash security is excessive. We agree with his submission. The amount of bond deserves to be reduced. It is reduced to Rs.15,000/-. 3.

The writ petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and disposed of. Rule is made absolute in the above terms. 4.
