The applicants are seeking permission to file Civil Revision Application for challenging the impugned judgment and order dated 11.07.2023 on the ground that they are proposed trustees and their Change Report is also accepted.

{2} Be that as it may, but the impugned order is challenged under another Civil Revision Application No.151 of 2023. As such, permission to challenge the said order, by way of another Civil Revision Application, can be granted. In view of the same, permission, as prayed in prayer clause (B) stands allowed and the Civil Revision Application be registered after removal of office objections, if any.
