Heard the learned appointed counsel for Petitioner/Prisoner. The only reason for seeking parole was ill health of 9 years old daughter. By this time she has recovered and her mother is taking her care. We therefore, find no plausible reason for releasing the Petitioner on parole. Hence, Criminal Writ Petition No.1204 of 2015 is rejected.
