This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to Respondent No.1-Committee to take decision on the proposal for verification of tribe certificate issued in favour of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today; and it is accordingly directed.

Petitioner shall appear before the Scrutiny Committee on 17.12.2015 and as such, no separate notice, requiring her presence before the Committee, is necessary. In the meanwhile, Respondent No.2employer shall not take any adverse action against the petitioner and continue her in employment until decision of the Scrutiny Committee and subject thereto.

With the directions as above, writ petition stands disposed of.
