This appeal was filed challenging the order dated 02/08/2018, passed in Criminal M.A. No.311/2018, wherein the learned Sessions Court had granted bail to respondent No.1 in Crime No.134/2018, which was registered with Parli Gramin Police Station, Taluka Parli, Dist. Beed. The said crime was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Ms Bhosale, learned Advocate for respondent No.1 and learned APP for respondent No.2, after having gone through the

630.18apeal (2) matter, state that accused/respondent No.1 is acquitted by the learned Sessions Court vide the order dated 30/03/2022 and this matter has become infructuous.

In view of the above, this appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
