This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed by the petitioner, who is convict and undergoing sentence in Harsul Jail at Aurangabad.

The learned A.P.P. appearing for the Respondent/State has tendered across the Bar copy of the order passed by the Divisional Commissioner on 30th November, 2016 along with the order dated 01/02.12.2016 passed by Superintendent, Aurangabad Central Jail. The same are

It is submitted by the learned A.P.P.

that pursuant to the said order passed by the Divisional Commissioner, the petitioner is released on 1st December, 2016. In that view of the matter, in view of the subsequent events occurred after filing this Petition, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Hence the Criminal Writ Petition stands disposed of.

Since, Mr. V.P. Sawant, the learned counsel is appointed as Amicus Curie to prosecute the cause of the petitioner, his fees be paid as per the schedule of fees maintained by the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Aurangabad.
