Versus

The State of Maharashtra & others Respondents Mr. D.R. Irale Patil, advocate for applicant. Mr. A.R. Kale, A.G.P. for respondents.

CORAM : R.M.BORDE & A.M. DHAVALE, JJ.

DATE : 15th SEPTEMBER, 2017 PER COURT:

1.

Challenge was raised in respect of directions issued by respondent-authority to entrust the additional charge of the superior post and as such, we did not deem it appropriate to cause interference while disposing of the petition on 01.08.2017. 2.

Petitioner has apprehension that as a result of rejection of the writ petition, his seniority claim would be adversely affected. It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the issue as regards interse seniority of the employees and, in the event of accrual of any cause, it would be open for the petitioner to avail of alternate remedies available in law.

No interference is called for in the order passed by us earlier. Review application is devoid of substance hence stands rejected. A.M. DHAVALE R.M.BORDE JUDGE JUDGE dyb
