PER COURT :- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, though the proposal was forwarded by the Respondent No.1 seeking approval to the services of the petitioner no.2, no decision is taken though the considerable time has been lapsed.

The Respondent No.2 - Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad to take decision in accordance with law on the proposal for approval, if not already taken, as expeditiously as possible, however, preferably within 8 weeks from today and communicate the said decision to the petitioners.
