The acquiring body has filed this Application for condonation of delay. There is delay of about 519 days caused in filing the Appeal against the Judgment and Award dated 19-12-2017 passed by the reference Court in the land acquisition matter.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that sufficient cause has been shown in the Application and the delay is bonafide and not intentional. He further submits that the decretal amount has already been deposited before the reference Court.

Learned counsel for the claimant has not filed any reply to the Application opposing the present Application, however, orally opposed the Application.

In view of the reasons given in the Application, I am of the opinion that sufficient cause has been shown by applicant to condone the delay. Accordingly, delay is condoned. Civil Application is disposed of. Office is directed to list the First Appeal for admission. [ ANIL S. KILOR ] JUDGE arp/
