Order :- 1.

This Court under order dated 29-09-2016 granted stay to the execution, operation and implementation of the impugned Award subject to condition that appellant shall deposit entire decreetal amount with interest accrued thereon in this Court within stipulate period. According to learned counsel for appellant, pursuant to said order, appellant has deposited the entire decreetal amount in this court and requested to confirm the said stay till further order and dispose of the present applicant.
