Learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the Registry of this Court has raised an objection that the persons at Sr.Nos.5 to 11 set out below paragraph No.1 of the civil application, were parties to the proceedings below and have not been added as respondents in the pending writ petition. Learned Advocate therefore submits that the applicant desires to remove the said objection by adding the said parties.

In view of the above, the civil application is allowed. The office objections stand removed with the applicant adding the persons at Sr.Nos.5 to 11 set out below paragraph No.1, to the cause title in the writ petition.

The addition shall be carried out within 10 days from today. 4.

After the addition is carried out, issue notice to the added respondent Nos. 5 to 11 in the writ petition, returnable on 22/03/2019.
