Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP for the State.

The Applicant seeks bail in Crime No. 133/2024 registered with Beed City Police Station, Dist. Beed, for the offences punishable under Sections 394, 323, 504, 506 read with section 34 of Indian Penal Code.

Read the First Information Report. It discloses that there were money transactions between the complainant and the accused about motorcycle. The Applicant was asking the complainant to pay

- 2 - ba1609.24.odt the balance amount. In this situation, the incident happened. Nothing remains to be recovered from the Applicant. Hence, the following order :-

ORDER

(i) Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant Sohel Khan Samad Khan be released on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs. 50,000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount in connection with Crime No. 133/2024 for the above offence, on following conditions :- (a) He should not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(b) He should not involve in the identical crimes. (c) He should attend the police station as and when called on written note by the Investigating Officer, till filing of the charge-sheet.
