The petitioner's proposal is pending with the respondent no.2/Scrutiny Committee for validation of the tribe certificate since last almost one year.

Learned AGP submits that the vigilance inquiry has been completed.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the petitioner to appear before the Committee tomorrow i.e. 04.09.2024. She shall be served with a copy of the report and may file her reply on 05.09.2024. The Committee shall endeavour to decide the proposal thereafter as expeditiously as possible, considering the fact that the petitioner is in urgent need of the certificate or the decision to secure her admission in the current admission process.
