Respondent nos. 1 and 2 were proceeded ex parte before the Tribunal. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that cost of publication of notice in Daily Loksatta news paper is much higher than in daily Punyanagari. Therefore, he seeks permission to publish notice in Daily Punyanagari instead of Daily Loksatta. Considering the financial difficulty of the applicant, permission is granted to the applicant to publish the notice of respondent nos. 1 and 2 in Daily Punyanagari Thane Edition.
