The learned advocate for the appellant submits that appellant wants to withdraw the appeal.

The appellant has accepted the award passed by the MACT, Kopargaon in MACP No.37/2011.

In view of the withdrawal pursis (Marked as 'X') the appeal stands disposed off as withdrawn.
