It would be open for the petitioners i.e. the agriculturists as well as the Sugar Factory to tender appropriate application to the Commissioner of Sugar setting out their grievance as raised in the instant petition. If the petitioners tender application to the Commissioner of Sugar within a period of one week from today, the Commissioner of Sugar shall take appropriate decision on consideration of all the relevant factors, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within four weeks from the date of application.
